Atomic Size Misfit for Electrocatalytic Small Molecule Activation
This review explores the application and mechanisms of atomic size misfit in catalysis for small molecule activation, focusing on how structural defects and electronic properties can effectively lower the energy barriers of chemical bonds in molecules like H2O, CO2, and N2.

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Effect of moisture on the electric field and breakdown voltage of XLPE cable interconnectors
Dampness in the joint is a common defect of power cables, and the influence of moisture on the performance of the intermediate joint is very important. The electric field distribution of the joint is analyzed by simulation, and the XLPE sample is used as

Non-equilibrium breakdown of quantum Hall state in graphene
In this report we experimentally probe the non-equilibrium breakdown of the quantum Hall state in monolayer graphene by injecting a high current density ($\sim$1A/m). The measured critical currents for dissipationless transport in the vicinity of integer

Electric control of magnetic tunnel junctions offers a path to drastically reduce the energy requirements of the device. Electric field control of magnetization can be realized in a multitude of ways. These mechanisms can be integrated into existing spintronic devices to further reduce the operational energy.

Electromagnetic radiation of simulated mid-gap streamers [PDF]
Electromagnetic field from simulated double-headed mid-gap streamers is computed. The effect of the applied electric field is studied by considering electric fields higher than the conventional breakdown threshold (‘overvoltage’).

The study presents biodegradable and recyclable mixed‐matrix membranes (MMMs), hydrogels, and cryogels using luminescent nanoscale metal‐organic frameworks (nMOFs) and biopolymers. These bio‐nMOF‐MMMs combine europium‐based nMOFs as probes for the status of the materials with the biopolymers agar and gelatine and present alternatives to conventional ...
