Ring Motor Front Wheel for Electric Motorcycle
2019 IEEE Power and Energy Conference at Illinois (PECI), 2019A ring motor was sized as a replacement for the front wheel of an electric motorcycle. It makes use of a short axial length and large inner and outer diameter to fit within the wheel’s dimensions and minimize weight as best as possible.
