An electrical impedance tomography microscope

Physiological Measurement, 1996
A circular array of 16 electrodes has been constructed for use as an electrical impedance tomography (EIT) microscope. The electrodes were made from 60 microns diameter gold wires anchored to a printed circuit board. The internal diameter of the array was 0.9 mm giving a theoretical spatial resolution of about 100 microns.

Multi-Frequency Electrical Impedance Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Electrical Impedance Tomography

2009
Medical imaging modalities such as computerized tomography (CT) using X-ray and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) have been well established providing three-dimensional high-resolution images of anatomical structures inside the human body and computer-based mathematical methods have played an essential role for their image reconstructions.

Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT)

2014
Looking into the human body is very essential not only for studying the anatomy and physiology, but also for diagnosing a disease or illness. Doctors always try to visualize an organ or body part in order to study its physiological and anatomical status for understanding and/or treating its illness.

Linearized Electrical Impedance Tomography

Near Surface 2010 - 16th EAGE European Meeting of Environmental and Engineering Geophysics, 2010
We address the problem of Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) as this is encountered in various applications of near surface geophysics. Based on a closed form integral model that relates the boundary observations to the electrical properties of the domain we suggest some extensions to the conventional `linearization--regularization' modeling ...
