A novel architecture of electro-hydrostatic actuator with digital distribution

open access: yesChinese Journal of Aeronautics, 2021
Abstract To address the flow imbalance rapidly of the asymmetric Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator (EHA), this paper presents a novel architecture of asymmetric EHA with the Digital Distribution (EHA-DD). It also improves the flow nonlinearity and control accuracy of the pump, especially in the low-speed condition.

Numerical Modeling of Hydrogen‐Assisted Cracking With Phase Field Regularized Cohesive Zone Model and Penalty‐Based Moving Hydrogen Boundary Condition

open access: yesFatigue &Fracture of Engineering Materials &Structures, Volume 49, Issue 5, Page 1824-1844, May 2026.
ABSTRACT The degradation of metallic materials due to hydrogen embrittlement (HE) poses critical challenges for structural reliability. Phase‐field models offer an energy‐based approach that does not require predefined crack paths and automatically determines crack initiation, growth, and coalescence.

Electrical Conductivities of Conductors, Semiconductors, and Their Mixtures at Elevated Temperatures

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, Volume 28, Issue 8, 22 April 2026.
This article presents a comprehensive review of temperature‐dependent electrical conductivity data for multiple material classes at elevated temperatures, highlighting a persistent conductivity gap between metals and semiconductors in the range of 102$\left(10\right)^{2}$– 107$\left(10\right)^{7}$ S/m. Metal–ceramic irregular metamaterials are proposed
