Electrochemical behavior and pH stability of artificial salivas for corrosion tests [PDF]
It is assumed that the compositions of artificial salivas are similar to that of human saliva. However, the use of solutions with different compositions in in vitro corrosion studies can lead dissimilar electrolytes to exhibit dissimilar corrosivity and electrochemical stability. This study evaluated four artificial salivas as regards pH stability with

Electrochemical Behavior Investigation of Cysteine on Nickel Corrosion in Acidic Medium [PDF]
The corrosion inhibition of nickel in 0.5 M H2SO4 by cysteine was investigated with various electrochemical methods and surface observations by SEM. The cyclic voltammetry revealed that the current density is the highest in absence of the cysteine and decreases with increasing inhibitor concentration. The cysteine is an anodic inhibitor.

A hierarchical porous copper current collector is fabricated via three‐dimensional printing combined with pressureless sintering to stabilize lithium metal anodes. The interconnected architecture lowers local current density, guides uniform Li deposition within pores, and suppresses dendrite growth.

Hydrogen‐Assisted Fracture of Iron‐Based Fe–Ni–Al Alloys
Principal relations and fracture mechanisms of single‐phase and precipitate‐strengthened Fe–Ni–Al alloys subjected to prior electrochemical hydrogen charging are identified. The mechanisms of hydrogen effect on strength and microhardness are discussed, including hydrogen‐induced increase in microhardness and the role of hydrogen in fracture behavior ...
