Hydrothermal-electrochemical deposition of hydroxyapatite

Journal of Biomedical Materials Research, 1998
Hydroxyapatite crystals were formed on a titanium electrode using the hydrothermal-electrochemical method in an autoclave with two electrodes. The electrolyte dissolving NaCl, K2HPO4, CaCl2.2H2O, trishydroxyaminomethane, and hydrochloric acid was maintained at 80 degrees - 200 degrees C.

Macroporous germanium by electrochemical deposition

Chemical Communications, 2002
Germanium is electrodeposited in a template formed from a dried suspension of silica spheres. The germanium completely fills the pores of the silica matrix. The semiconductor, as deposited, is amorphous but can be crystallized by annealing. Selective dissolution of the silica template gives a macroporous germanium-air sphere matrix, which offers ...

Electrochemically Deposited Diffusion Barriers

Journal of The Electrochemical Society, 1994
Diffusion barrier properties of electrochemically deposited Ni, Co, and Ni‐Co alloys were examined in the binary system and the Au/Ni/Cu ternary system. Ni and Co were electrodeposited from sulfate or sulfamate (Ni) solutions in the presence of boric acid, at pH 3.30.
