Determination of the hydrogen fugacity during electrolytic charging of steel [PDF]
A new thermal desorption spectroscopy (TDS) apparatus was used to identify the hydrogen trapping peaks, and to measure the hydrogen concentrations in 3.5NiCrMoV steel after hydrogen charging electrochemically, and in gaseous hydrogen.

Current Status and Challenges in Data Collection for Aerospace Coatings Deposited by Plasma Spraying
An innovative approach has been integrated into the GRENAT project to optimize plasma spraying and coating performance. Raw materials are accelerated and melted in the plasma generated by torches, creating coatings. Monitoring sensors collect process data which are combined with ex situ characterization data.

Abstract Electrochemical hydrogen charging was performed on a 30CrMnSiNi2A steel tensile sample, and the difference in hydrogen-charging effect with different hydrogen-charging times, current densities, and toxic agents was compared. The effect of hydrogen on the tensile strength, elongation and failure mode of the material was studied ...
