This study investigated the in vitro effects of B1 and B12 vitamins on sperm quality and seminal antioxidant activity in rams. The results showed that adding 1 mg/mL VitB12 or 0.5 mg/mL VitB1 to the diluent significantly improved ram sperm quality and antioxidant function in semen.
