Protective Effect of B1 and B12 Vitamins on Post‐Thaw Sperm Quality Parameters and Seminal Plasma Antioxidant Status in Rams

This study investigated the in vitro effects of B1 and B12 vitamins on sperm quality and seminal antioxidant activity in rams. The results showed that adding 1 mg/mL VitB12 or 0.5 mg/mL VitB1 to the diluent significantly improved ram sperm quality and antioxidant function in semen.
