Electroencephalography and Clinical Neurophysiology, 1957Abstract One hundred patients with the clinical diagnosis of narcolepsy were examined electroencephalographically. The basal or alert electroencephalograms were found to be within normal limits. Drowsiness beginning within the first 4 min. of the recording occurred in the majority of patients.
