Design and Fabrication of High Dielectric GRIN Lens for a Directive Antenna Using a Hybrid Filled Voxel Additive Manufacturing Technique

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Hybrid‐filled voxel AM enables integration of high‐permittivity materials into additively manufactured devices. Using this approach, a graded refractive index (GRIN) lens is demonstrated, achieving a 50% antenna size reduction with enhanced directivity.

Advanced Branched Carbon Nanotube/Carbon Black Hybrid Technologies: Cost‐Effective Fabrication of High‐Performance Conductive Polyamide 6 Filaments for Next‐Generation Smart Textile Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates a cost‐effective hybrid nanofiller approach for developing conductive polyamide 6 filaments via melt spinning. Branched carbon nanotubes combined with carbon black create synergistic networks where spherical CB particles bridge aligned CNTs, maintaining electrical pathways during fiber drawing.

Cellulose‐Nanofiber‐Based Layered Sub‐Terahertz Absorbing Sheets for B5G/6G Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
We report a sub‐terahertz absorber made of biodegradable cellulose‐nanofiber (CNF), potentially useful for B5G/6G devices to achieve electromagnetic compatibility in an eco‐friendly way. The absorber is 120 µm thick and consists of two carbon‐nanotube‐dispersed CNF layers and one pure CNF layer.

4D Printing of Multimaterial Flexible Magneto‐Active Polymers

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Magneto‐active polymers are 3D‐printed with tunable mechanical and magnetic properties using both superparamagnetic and hard ferromagnetic fillers. Nano‐CT imaging reveals the spatial distribution of particles within the matrix. Programmable magnetization patterns and soft, flexible architectures enable responsive actuation, offering exciting ...
