Switching operations of circuit breakers and disconnect switches radiate transient electromagnetic fields within high-voltage substations. The generated fields may interfere and disrupt normal operations of electronic equipment.

A Balanced-to-Unbalanced Hybrid Ring With Arbitrary Power Division Ratio
This paper presents a new balanced-to-unbalanced (BTU) hybrid ring with arbitrary power division ratio. Standard S-parameters and mixed-mode S-parameters are adopted to describe the performance requirements of the BTU hybrid ring.

Simplified quantum sensing technique for the detection of short electrical signals occurring in neuronal signaling or bioinspired technologies. We demonstrate a single frequency continuous‐wave optically detected magnetic resonance (CW‐ODMR) approach to sense signals that can be as short as 0.2 ms.
