Electromagnetic fields in reverberant environments [PDF]
The phenomenon of resonating electromagnetic (EM) fields has been commonly and successfully exploited in reverberation chambers (RC) for the purpose of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing, as well as modeling multipath environments. Although largely successful, the currently used statistical models allow for a certain degree of freedom ...

MOFs and COFs in Electronics: Bridging the Gap between Intrinsic Properties and Measured Performance
Metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) and covalent organic frameworks (COFs) hold promise for advanced electronics. However, discrepancies in reported electrical conductivities highlight the importance of measurement methodologies. This review explores intrinsic charge transport mechanisms and extrinsic factors influencing performance, and critically ...

The Refraction Correction of Elevation Angle for the Mean Annual Global Reference Atmosphere
In some frequency-sharing studies between fixed service and space radiocommunication services, including fixed-satellite, broadcasting-satellite, and space science services, it is necessary to estimate the apparent elevation angle of a space station ...

Quantum Properties of the radiation emitted by a conductor in the Coulomb Blockade Regime
We present an input-output formalism describing a tunnel junction strongly coupled to its electromagnetic environment. We exploit it in order to investigate the dynamics of the radiation being emitted and scattered by the junction.

Three‐dimensional Antimony Sulfide Based Flat Optics
This work presents the development of a grayscale electron beam lithography (g‐EBL) method for fabricating antimony trisulfide (Sb2S3) nanostructures with customizable 3D profiles. The refractive index of g‐EBL patterned Sb2S3 is determined based on the synergy of genetic algorithm and transfer matrix method.

The Effect of Purcell Cavities on the Lifetime of Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescent Emitters
A pressing challenge to OLED displays and lighting is to balance high efficiency and long operational lifetime in the deep blue spectrum. The Purcell effect can reduce the triplet density and hence the probability for destructive energy‐driven triplet annihilation events that limit the OLED lifetime. Here we study of the Purcell effect on two different

Decoherence in circuits of small Josephson junctions
We discuss dephasing by the dissipative electromagnetic environment and by measurement in circuits consisting of small Josephson junctions. We present quantitative estimates and determine in which case the circuit might qualify as a quantum bit ...

Atomic‐Scale Light Coupling Control in Ultrathin Photonic Membranes
Ultrathin photonic nanomembranes provide atomic‐scale control over the coupling between incident light and high‐Q photonic modes, enabling angstrom‐level resonance tuning and strong field confinement. When integrated with TMD monolayers, they further yield enhanced light–matter interactions, offering a versatile platform for advancing quantum photonics,
