The Polarization Purity of the Electromagnetic Field in a Reverberating Chamber

IEEE Transactions on Electromagnetic Compatibility, 2016
The quintessence of electromagnetic fields propagating in complex environments is its stochastic nature. The canonical test facility to emulate such a complex case is the reverberating chamber (RC). In order to design, test, and model the electromagnetic field in an RC, one must consider the vectorial nature of the field.

The Upper Limits for the Reverberation Time of Reverberation Chambers for Acoustic and Electromagnetic Waves

The Journal of the Acoustical Society of America, 1961
The upper limits for the reverberation time and Q factor of acoustic reverberation chambers with perfectly rigid walls with a smooth surface are determined. The reflection factor for a rigid wall of arbitrary thermal conductivity is determined from a consideration of the viscosity and heat conductivity-boundary layer.

Modeling of complex field inside chaotic Electromagnetic reverberation chambers

2013
Electromagnetic reverberation chambers (RC) are nowadays commonly used for electromagnetic immunity testing applications. Thanks to the presence of a mechanical stirrer (generally a rotating metallic object), electronic devices under test are submitted to an isotropic, statistically uniform and depolarised electromagnetic field.

Hybrid TEM-Reverberation chamber for Electromagnetic immunity testing

2009
Thesis (PhDElectronicSystemsEngineering)--University of South Australia,2009. This thesis proposes a novel approach to the generation of electromagnetic environments for radiated RF field immunity tests: a hybrid TEM-Reverberation chamber. The proposed chamber is a TEM cell with a reverberation chamber stirrer of special design installed between the ...
