Electromagnetic hazards, safety and human interaction
IEE Colloquium on Electromagnetic Hazards, Safety and Human Interaction, 1997Concerns over the possible harmful effects of nonionising irradiation upon human health have been present for many years. Attention was directed to childhood cancer in 1979 and since then most of the major concerns have focused in this area, although other diseases have been noted from time to time.

2017The sources of electromagnetic radiation affecting users of personal computers are analyzed. The factors of the mediated influence of electromagnetic fields and radiations on users are revealed. Methods for improving the electromagnetic environment in buildings, premises and workplaces where computer facilities are used are proposed.
