Dynamic RCS Simulation of a Missile Target Group Based on the High-frequency Asymptotic Method

open access: yesLeida xuebao, 2014
To simulate dynamic Radar Cross Section (RCS) of missile target group, an efficient RCS prediction approach is proposed based on the high-frequency asymptotic theory. The minimal energy trajectory and coordinate transformation is used to get trajectories

Modeling of Camouflage Grass and the Calculation of its Electromagnetic Scattering Characteristics

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
In this work, the complex electromagnetic model of a camouflage grass was accurately generated in geometry, of which the grass leaves were represented by lathy curved rectangular metal surfaces.

Exploiting Two‐Photon Lithography, Deposition, and Processing to Realize Complex 3D Magnetic Nanostructures

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Two‐photon lithography (TPL) enables 3D magnetic nanostructures with unmatched freedom in geometry and material choice. Advances in voxel control, deposition, and functionalization open pathways to artificial spin ices, racetracks, microrobots, and a number of additional technological applications.

Microsphere Autolithography—A Scalable Approach for Arbitrary Patterning of Dielectric Spheres

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
MicroSphere Autolithography (µSAL) enables scalable fabrication of patchy particles with customizable surface motifs. Focusing light through dielectric microspheres creates well defined, tunable patches via a conformal poly(dopamine) photoresist. Nearly arbitrary surface patterns can be achieved, with the resolution set by the index contrast between ...

On extreme field limits in high power laser matter interactions: radiation dominant regimes in high intensity electromagnetic wave interaction with electrons

open access: yes, 2013
We discuss the key important regimes of electromagnetic field interaction with charged particles. Main attention is paid to the nonlinear Thomson/Compton scattering regime with the radiation friction and quantum electrodynamics effects taken into account.

The Dynamics of Interfacial Trap States in High‐Detectivity Near‐Infrared Photomultiplication Organic Photodetectors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Photomultiplication organic photodetectors (PM OPDs) are an attractive strategy for health‐monitoring. Here, PM‐OPDs are reported with a specific detectivity of 5.7 × 1012 Jones and external quantum efficiency values of 3500% under −10 V. The dynamics of carrier trapping in these devices are elucidated through trap selective spectroscopical techniques.

SAR ATR Based on 3D Parametric Electromagnetic Scattering Model

open access: yesLeida xuebao, 2017
Automatic Target Recognition (ATR) is one of the most difficult problems in Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data interpretation. In recent years, the model-based SAR target recognition method has attracted much attention because of its good performance in

Scattering of particles by radiation fields: a comparative analysis

open access: yes, 2014
The features of the scattering of massive neutral particles propagating in the field of a gravitational plane wave are compared with those characterizing their interaction with an electromagnetic radiation field. The motion is geodesic in the former case,

Molecular Cross‐Linking of MXenes: Tunable Interfaces and Chemiresistive Sensing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In this study, Ti3C2Tx MXenes are initially functionalized using oleylamine ligands to form stable dispersions in an organic solvent. Subsequently ligand exchange with α,ω‐diaminoalkanes enables cross‐linking, along with precise tuning of interfaces. This structural control translates into tunable charge transport and responsive VOC sensing, showing ...
