THE DECISION OF FORM FOR DIFFRACTIVE STRUCTURES IN THE PROBLEM OF SCATTERING OF RADIO WAVES.

open access: yesInternational Journal of Advanced Studies, 2017
This paper considers the problem of scattering of electromagnetic waves in different diffraction structures. The solution of the scattering problem is based on the method of integral equations.

Hierarchical Cellulose/MXene Aerogel Films with Coral‐Like Polyaniline Skin for Absorption‐Led Broadband EMI Shielding

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A regenerated cellulose/MXene aerogel film is engineered with a surface‐confined, coral‐like polyaniline skin to intensify interfacial polarization while a porous, percolated conductive core is retained. By molten salt hydrate processing and interfacially confined oxidative polymerization, PANI growth is localized at the outer surface and internal ...

Analytical infrared limit of nonlinear Thomson scattering including radiation reaction

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2018
If an electric charge is accelerated by a sufficiently intense electromagnetic field, the effects of the radiation emitted by the charge on the charge dynamics (radiation reaction) cannot be ignored. Here we show that classical radiation-reaction effects

Atomic Layer Deposition in Transistors and Monolithic 3D Integration

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Transistors are fundamental building blocks of modern electronics. This review summarizes recent progress in atomic layer deposition (ALD) for the synthesis of two‐dimensional (2D) metal oxides and transition‐metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs), with particular emphasis on their enabling role in monolithic three‐dimensional (M3D) integration for next ...

SHAPE RESTORATIONS OF OBJECT SURFACE ON POLARIZATION STRUCTURE OF REFLECTED ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE FIELD

open access: yesНаучный вестник МГТУ ГА, 2016
A problem of electromagnetic wave backscattering on a chosen 3D object is solved. A differential equation which is linked change of polarization coefficient of reflected wave with variation of matrix elements of object scattering is obtained.

Method of analytical regularization based on the static part inversion in wave scattering by imperfect thin screens

open access: yesJournal of Telecommunications and Information Technology, 2001
The paper is focussed on the development of the method of analytical regularization (MAR) in electromagnetic wave scattering and absorption by imperfect scatterers shaped as thin screens.

Real‐Time 3D Ultrasound Imaging with an Ultra‐Sparse, Low Power Architecture

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
This article presents a novel, ultra‐sparse ultrasound architecture that paves the way for wearable real‐time 3D imaging. By integrating a unique convolutional array with chirped data acquisition, the system achieves high‐resolution volumetric scans at a fraction of the power and hardware complexity.

Electromagnetic scattering field of transmission lines in half-space background

open access: yesDiscover Applied Sciences
To formulate effective passive interference protection measures, precise quantification of transmission-line scattering fields is essential. In practical engineering, transmission lines are situated above ground, forming a half-space environment.

Nanotherapies for Atherosclerosis: Targeting, Catalysis, and Energy Transduction

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Atherosclerosis management is hindered by poor drug targeting and plaque heterogeneity. Nanotechnology overcomes these barriers via three core strategies: (1) target‐engineered nanocarriers that achieve lesion‐specific precision via ligand modification, biomimetic camouflage, stimuli‐responsive release, and self‐propelling nanomotors; (2) catalytic ...
