Quasitopological electromagnetism, conformal scalar field and Lovelock black holes

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields, 2023
In this work, we present the new higher dimensional dyonic black hole solutions of the Lovelock-scalar gravity coupled with quasitopological electromagnetism.

Nonseparability, Classical and Quantum [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
This paper examines the implications of the holonomy interpretation of classical electromagnetism. As has been argued by Richard Healey and Gordon Belot, classical electromagnetism on this interpretation evinces a form of nonseparability, something that ...

g = 2 as a Gauge Condition [PDF]

open access: yes, 1997
Charged matter spin-1 fields enjoy a nonelectromagnetic gauge symmetry when interacting with vacuum electromagnetism, provided their gyromagnetic ratio is 2.Comment: 5 pages, REVTeX, submitted to Phys Rev D Brief ...

Interaction between Molten Al‐Killed Mn–B Steel and Carbon‐Bonded MgO Refractories Based on Recyclates

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
High‐temperature interactions between low‐sulfur Al‐killed Mn–B steel and MgO–C refractories (0 and 50 wt% recyclates) are studied via finger immersion tests (1600 °C). Surface‐active elements influence infiltration. MgO/CaS layer forms, along with spinel and calcium silicate.

Dynamical laws of superenergy in General Relativity

open access: yes, 2007
The Bel and Bel-Robinson tensors were introduced nearly fifty years ago in an attempt to generalize to gravitation the energy-momentum tensor of electromagnetism.

Electromagnetism in nonleptonic weak interactions [PDF]

open access: yes, 2000
We construct a low-energy effective field theory that permits the complete treatment of isospin-breaking effects in nonleptonic weak interactions to next-to-leading order. To this end, we enlarge the chiral Lagrangian describing strong and Delta S=1 weak

Reduction of Oxide Inclusions During the High‐Frequency Welding of Steel via a Nonthermal Ar/H2 Plasma Jet

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
High‐frequency (HF) welding of steel is limited by oxide inclusions that degrade weld quality. This study demonstrates, for the first time, the integration of a nonthermal Ar/H2 dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma jet into HF welding. Local plasma treatment provides effective shielding and in‐situ oxide reduction, resulting in markedly fewer and ...

Entanglement detection with classical deep neural networks

open access: yesScientific Reports
In this study, we introduce an autonomous method for addressing the detection and classification of quantum entanglement, a core element of quantum mechanics that has yet to be fully understood.

Quaternion Gravi-Electromagnetism

open access: yes, 2011
Defining the generalized charge, potential, current and generalized fields as complex quantities where real and imaginary parts represent gravitation and electromagnetism respectively, corresponding field equation, equation of motion and other quantum ...
