First‐Trimester CBC‐Derived Inflammatory Indices for Prediction of Miscarriage: A Retrospective Cohort Study

Journal of Clinical Laboratory Analysis, EarlyView.
Maternal age was an independent predictor of miscarriage, and first‐trimester NLR and SII provided significant incremental predictive value. Because these indices are routinely derived from standard CBC testing without additional cost, they may serve as practical adjuncts to clinical risk factors for early miscarriage risk stratification.
