An LCD‐compatible complementary liquid‐crystal metasurface delivers dual‐band, dual‐polarized Ka‐band wavefront control with millisecond switching via a 10‐µm LC gap. Interlaced patch/slot pairs enable independent phase tuning at 28 and 38 GHz, while strategic 45° slot rotation suppresses parasitic resonances. Measurements on a 160 × 160‐cell prototype

Hsu-Robbins and Spitzer's theorems for the variations of fractional Brownian motion
Using recent results on the behavior of multiple Wiener-It\^o integrals based on Stein's method, we prove Hsu-Robbins and Spitzer's theorems for sequences of correlated random variables related to the increments of the fractional Brownian motion.Comment:

Pairing in the quantum Hall system
We find an analogy between the single skyrmion state in the quantum Hall system and the BCS superconducting state and address that the quantum mechanical origin of the skyrmion is electronic pairing.

Anti‐Slip Material‐Based Strategies and Approaches
This review highlights the principle mechanisms of slipping at the microscale, linking contact mechanics with a friction behavior model for surface interfaces. Main strategies to develop anti‐slip properties to the surfaces are discussed alongside standardized testing approaches.

MXene‐Coated 3D Printed Horn Antennas for Ku Frequency Band
An additive manufacturing approach to 3D printing horn antennas and coating them with Ti3C2Tx MXene is proposed. Rapid fabrication of lightweight, high‐performance antennas operating in the Ku‐band (12.4–18 GHz) has been demonstrated. The MXene‐coated antennas exhibit comparable electromagnetic performance to conventional, costly aluminum ones, with ...
