Pseudopotential for the electron-electron interaction [PDF]
We propose a pseudopotential for the electron-electron Coulomb interaction to improve the efficiency of many-body electronic structure calculations. The pseudopotential accurately replicates the scattering properties of the Coulomb interaction, and recovers the analytical solution for two electrons in a parabolic trap.

Reconfigurable computing and electronic nanotechnology [PDF]
We examine the opportunities brought about by recent progress in electronic nanotechnology and describe the methods needed to harness them for building a new computer architecture. In this process we decompose some traditional abstractions, such as the transistor, into fine-grain pieces, such as signal restoration and input-output isolation.

The electronic complexity of the ground-state of the FeMo cofactor of nitrogenase as relevant to quantum simulations. [PDF]
We report that a recent active space model of the nitrogenase FeMo cofactor, proposed in the context of simulations on quantum computers, is not representative of the electronic structure of the FeMo cofactor ground-state.

Electron spin relaxation in graphene from a microscopic approach: Role of electron-electron interaction [PDF]
Electron spin relaxation in graphene on a substrate is investigated from the fully microscopic kinetic spin Bloch equation approach. All the relevant scatterings, such as the electron-impurity, electron--acoustic-phonon, electron--optical-phonon, electron--remote-interfacial-phonon, as well as electron-electron Coulomb scatterings, are explicitly ...

SYSTEM DYNAMICS MODEL FOR EVALUATION OF REUSE OF ELECTRONIC WASTE ORIGINATED FROM PERSONAL COMPUTERS [PDF]
Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are part of the day to day activities of a large part of world population, however its use involves a growing generation of electronic waste (ewaste).

Bravyi-Kitaev Superfast simulation of electronic structure on a quantum computer. [PDF]
Present quantum computers often work with distinguishable qubits as their computational units. In order to simulate indistinguishable fermionic particles, it is first required to map the fermionic state to the state of the qubits.
