A model for electronic documents
ACM SIGOIS Bulletin, 1989A model for electronic documents is proposed. This model has two components: a directed acyclic graph structure and a set of constraints. These two components are used to describe the relationships among the data of documents. This model is more general than models previously proposed.

No.PR00318), 1999Computer document treatment generally requires specific techniques to handle documents. Among the others one of great interest is resizing. The effect of resizing is more evident when thin lines are included in the document. In this case a high degradation and consequently great loss of information occurs.
