A study of the effectiveness of electronic document management systems
International Journal of Information Technology and Management, 2008With the emerging importance of Organisational Learning (OL) in an organisation, we attempt to study its impact on system effectiveness. It is hypothesised that an organisation with a good learning orientation would facilitate the implementation and usage of an information system such as the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
