ABSTRACT: The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) on Brazilian Law, situated in a digital society reality. To do this, we initially analyze what is meant by ICTs, so that we can understand their use when producing an oral test in electronic form.
