Harmonic Analysis Of Power Electronic Transformer
Transformer size can be reduced significantly by increasing the frequency of the transformer, which can be achieved by using several power electronic converters on both sides of the transformer. This high frequency transformer is called power electronic transformer, but high frequency increases iron loss significantly.

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

Controlled syntheses of lanthanide coordination polymers based on the dihydroxybenzoquinone (DHBQ) organic linker afforded large single crystals of Ln‐DHBQ CPs (Ln = Yb, Nd). A novel structural variant of Yb‐DHBQ is identified by means of single crystal diffraction analysis.

Application of transform in fault diagnosis of power electronics circuits
AbstractA method based on S transforms and support vector machines was presented for fault diagnosis of power electronics circuits in which the S transform time-frequency analysis of the fault signal is used to extract the features corresponding to various faults. Then, fault types are identified through the pattern recognition classifier, based on SVM.

Fast‐Responding O2 Gas Sensor Based on Luminescent Europium Metal‐Organic Frameworks (MOF‐76)
Luminescent MOF‐76 materials based on Eu(III) and mixed Eu(III)/Y(III) show rapid and reversible changes in emission intensity in response to O2 with very short response times. The effect is based on triplet quenching of the linker ligands that act as photosensitizers. Average emission lifetimes of a few milliseconds turn out to be mostly unaffected by

Three phase power factor controller [PDF]
A power control circuit for a three phase induction motor is described. Power factors for the three phases are summed to provide a control signal, and this control signal is particularly filtered and then employed to control the duty cycle of each phase ...
