Enhanced Electronic Stethoscope
In this paper we present a new design of a modified stethoscope. The main objective is to enable the early detection of heart defects in newborn infants. The design uses signal processing to enable the improvement of detection. The design was simulated and the results show that the device would make detection of defects much more precise and efficient.
