Basilar Artery Tortuosity Increases the Risk of Persistent Dizziness and Unsteadiness After Posterior Circulation Infarction

In this prospective study of 182 posterior circulation infarction (PCI) patients presenting with dizziness and unsteadiness, 31.9% reported persistent dizziness and unsteadiness at 3‐month follow‐up, associated with increased risk of fall and decreased quality of life.
