Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.

Microfluidic electro‐viscoelastic manipulation of extracellular vesicles
The electro‐viscoelastic manipulation as a potential method for separation of particles based on size. The particles introduced as a sheath flow migrate to the channel center under the influence of simultaneously applied electric field and pressure driven flow.

Isolation and properties of lipoproteins from normal rat serum
Three major classes of lipoproteins (VLDL, d < 1.006; LDL, d 1.006-1.040; HDL, d 1.063-1.21) were isolated by ultracentrifugal flotation from the serum of normal male Sprague-Dawley rats.

Comparative Disc Electrophoresis of Hair Kerateines*
Keratin is the principal protein consitutent of hair, nails and stratum corneum. It can be defined as a group of filamentous and amorphous proteins produced by epithelial cells which are insoluble in the usual protein solvents due to the presence of numerous disulfide bonds between peptide chains (1).

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

ABSTRACT Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) is an immune‐mediated neuropathy featuring progressive weakness, sensory deficits, and areflexia. While corticosteroids, intravenous immunoglobulin, and plasmapheresis are effective first‐line immunotherapies, a subset of patients remains treatment‐refractory.
