Carbon‐Efficient CO2 Electrolysis to Ethylene with Nanoporous Hydrophobic Copper

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, Volume 14, Issue 26, July 12, 2024.
In this work, a nanoporous catalyst is designed to reach high ethylene selectivities and high carbon conversion efficiencies in a forward‐bias bipolar membrane electrode assembly (MEA). The catalyst ionomer coating is further optimized through an annealing process to tune CO2 and water transport to the catalyst.

Threshold Pion Electroproduction in Chiral Perturbation Theory

open access: yes, 1993
Electroproduction of pions on the nucleon near the threshold is analyzed within the framework of baryon chiral perturbation theory. We give a thorough discussion of the low--energy theorems related to charged and neutral electropionproduction.

Catalytically Active Carbon for Oxygen Reduction Reaction in Energy Conversion: Recent Advances and Future Perspectives

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 11, Issue 22, June 12, 2024.
This review expounds the basic catalytic principles of oxygen reduction reaction, the traditional and advanced synthesis methods and optimization strategies for biomass‐derived catalytically active carbon. The challenges in practical applications of biomass‐derived electrocatalysts and the direction of future development are discussed deeply.

Next-to-leading order corrections to deeply virtual production of pseudoscalar mesons

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2017
We complete the perturbative next-to-leading order corrections to the hard scattering amplitudes of deeply virtual meson leptoproduction processes at leading twist-two level by presenting the results for the production of flavor singlet pseudoscalar ...

NLO computation of diffractive di-hadron production in a saturation framework

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2023
The cross-sections of diffractive double hadron photo- or electroproduction with large p T , on a nucleon or a nucleus, are calculated to NLO accuracy.

Electroexcitation of nucleon resonances at Q^2=0.65 GeV/c^2 from a combined analysis of single- and double-pion electroproduction data

open access: yes, 2005
Data on single- and double-charged pion electroproduction off protons are successfully described in the second and third nucleon resonance regions with common N* photocouplings. The analysis was carried out using separate isobar models for both reactions.

Hadrons in Nuclear Matter

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2017
We review the achievements of the project B.5, that deals with the calculation of in-medium properties of vector mesons and an analysis of their experimental signals, with a particular emphasis on the ω photoproduction data from CBELSA/TAPS. Other topics

Measurement of the LT-asymmetry in \pi^0 electroproduction at the energy of the \Delta (1232) resonance

open access: yes, 2006
The reaction p(e,e'p)pi^0 has been studied at Q^2=0.2 (GeV/c)^2 in the region of W=1232 MeV. From measurements left and right of q, cross section asymmetries \rho_LT have been obtained in forward kinematics \rho_LT(\theta_\pi^0=20deg) = (-11.68 +/- 2 ...

PSEUDOSCALAR MESON ELECTROPRODUCTION AND TRANSVERSITY [PDF]

open access: yesExclusive Reactions at High Momentum Transfer IV, 2011
Exclusive meson leptoproduction from nucleons in the deeply virtual exchanged boson limit can be described by generalized parton distributions (GPDs). Including spin dependence in the description requires 8 independent quark-parton and gluon-parton functions.

Probing gluon GTMDs through exclusive coherent diffractive processes

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields, 2023
We extend a previous GTMD model to improve the description of the HERA data on diffractive dijet production, and include exclusive coherent diffractive $$J/\psi $$ J / ψ production data.
