Electroweak Results from NuTeV [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2002
The NuTeV collaboration has extracted the electroweak parameter, $\stw$, from the measurement of the ratios of neutral current to charged current neutrino and antineutrino deep inelastic scattering interactions. We find that our measurement, while in agreement with previous neutrino electroweak measurements, is not consistent with the prediction from ...

Experimental Summary [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2001
The experimental results presented at the XXXVI Rencontres de Moriond Electroweak Interactions and Unified Theories are summarized. The results range from possible evidence for the Standard Model Higgs boson at LEP2 to searches for new physics at LEP, the Tevatron and HERA, to precision electroweak and weak decay measurements, and to the strong ...

Electroweak Discussion Section Summary [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 1993
I summarize our work of electroweak discussion section held at the 14th International Workshop on Weak Interactions and Neutrinos. We discussed about a few physics topics related to electroweak interactions, including $B$ and $K$ physics and weak flavor physics.

Higgs Parity, strong CP and dark matter

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2019
An exact spacetime parity replicates the SU(2) × U(1) electroweak interaction, the Higgs boson H, and the matter of the Standard Model. This “Higgs Parity” and the mirror electroweak symmetry are spontaneously broken at scale v ′ = 〈H ′ 〉 ≫ 〈H〉, yielding

Precision Electroweak Constraints on the mixed Radion-Higgs sector [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2004
Adding radion perturbations (up to second order) to the static (RS) metric allows us to calculate the general first and second order interactions of the radion field with the electroweak vector bosons. We use these interactions to compute precision electroweak observables in the case of Higgs-radion mixing and compare with experiment.

A thermal neutrino interaction rate at NLO

open access: yesNuclear Physics B, 2020
The interaction rate of an ultrarelativistic active neutrino at a temperature below the electroweak crossover plays a role in leptogenesis scenarios based on oscillations between active neutrinos and GeV-scale sterile neutrinos.

The Standard Model of Electroweak Interactions [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2005
Gauge invariance is a powerful tool to determine the dynamics of the electroweak and strong forces. The particle content, structure and symmetries of the Standard Model Lagrangian are discussed. Special emphasis is given to the many phenomenological tests which have established this theoretical framework as the Standard Theory of electroweak ...
