Organizational commitment levels of elementary school teachers
, 2010 The purpose of this study is to determine organizational commitment levels of elementary school teachers. The sample of the study consists of 353 teachers working for elementary schools during 2009-2010 academic year in Izmir. To collect data, "TCM Employee Commitment Survey" developed by Meyer, Allen and Smith (1993), was used.
