Loss of AMBRA1 activates MAPK and angiogenesis signaling pathways in melanoma cells

Loss of AMBRA1 in melanoma cells activates multiple oncogenic pathways associated with tumor progression. Transcriptomic and protein network analyses revealed that AMBRA1 depletion enhances MAPK/ERK signaling, angiogenesis, TGF‐β/EMT signaling, and Wnt/axon guidance pathways.

Effects of IGFBP4 deficiency on human preadipocyte proliferation and differentiation through the IGF1R/AKT pathway

IGFBP4 knockdown (KD) impairs preadipocyte proliferation and is associated with IGF1R protein downregulation and attenuated AKT phosphorylation. Evaluating the effect of γ‐oryzanol on MASLD pathology using a medaka fish model

Genetic dissection of human ABCE1 in yeast reveals separable requirements for ribosome recycling and suppression of aberrant reinitiation

Human ABCE1 cannot functionally replace its yeast ortholog. Yeast–human chimera analysis identified NBD1 as a major interspecies barrier. Genetic screening yielded hABCE1 revertants that rescue yeast viability but fail to suppress aberrant translation reinitiation in the 3′ UTR.
