A rare de novo IFT122‐A773E variant is identified in idiopathic pediatric uveitis and shown to exacerbate retinal inflammation and barrier dysfunction. Mechanistically, the variant enhances IFT43 interaction, elevates calcium signaling, and activates the MEK/ERK/FRA1 axis, revealing a previously unrecognized cilia‐associated pathway that may increase ...

Perovskite‐type oxide lanthanoid‐substituted BiCoO3 exhibits a reversible negative thermal expansion (NTE) originated from the coordination change from the CoO5 pyramid to the CoO6 octahedron due to melting of the dxy orbital ordering in the d6 electron configuration, and the 6.1% volume shrinkage in Bi0.82Nd0.18CoO3 is the largest ever observed in the

Giant Magneto‐Optical Effects in Two‐Dimensional Flat‐Band Antiferromagnets
RuOCl2${\rm RuOCl}{_2}$, a two‐dimensional antiferromagnet, hosts energy bands with pronounced directional flatness. This study demonstrates that the flat‐band‐induced optical transitions yield strongly anisotropic absorption and a record‐large magneto‐optical Schafer–Hubert effect, alongside exceptional linear dichroism exceeding 50%.
