Electron‐Deficient Linkers Enhance H2O2 Electrosynthesis in Covalent Organic Frameworks
Linker π‐conjugation modulates the electronic state of the Ni–N4 centers and their interaction with the key *OOH intermediate while preserving the primary coordination motif. NiPc‐PTDA delivers an H2O2 selectivity of 92% and a production rate of 34.8 mol gcat−1 h−1, highlighting linker electronic properties as a molecular design parameter for NiPc ...

Using PVA–borax hydrogels as carriers for off‐the‐shelf artificial sweeteners to fight multidrug‐resistant A. baumannii. These soft, biocompatible hydrogels rapidly reduce bacterial viability within multidrug‐resistant A. baumannii biofilms by more than 99% within one hour and sustain antimicrobial activity over time, while demonstrating safety in both

'Independent' in Scotland: elite by education? [PDF]
A central sociological question has been how to understand the ways in which privilege is reproduced by and through education. A key difficulty for such work has been the limited possibilities for conducting research in institutions that successfully ...

A microfluidic method is presented which enables parallelized fabrication of rod‐shaped microgels, based on step‐emulsification (SE) droplet generation and subsequent droplet distribution and confinement, combined in a single device. Microgel rods are fabricated in parallel at different flow rates based on two light‐mediated crosslinking chemistries ...

Invisible Labor in Athletic Family Systems: The Role of Wives and Girlfriends (WAGs) in Sport
Elite and high-performance sport is frequently framed as an individual or coach–athlete endeavor, obscuring the broader family systems that sustain athletic careers.
