Enhancing Mechanical Deformability of Rigid Conjugated Polymers through Functional Additive‐Induced Persistence Length Modulation

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates a molecular strategy to enhance the stretchability of conjugated polymers by incorporating plasticizing molecular additives (PMAs). PMAs reduce the persistence length and promote chain entanglement, enabling deformable thin films with preserved electrical performance. A systematic analysis combining rheology, neutron scattering,

Existence of positive solutions for some nonlinear elliptic systems on the half space

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2011
We prove some existence of positive solutions to the semilinear elliptic system $$displaylines{ Delta u =lambda p(x)g(v)cr Delta v =mu q(x)f(u) }$$ in the half space ${mathbb{R}}^n_+$, $ngeq 2$, subject to some Dirichlet conditions, where $lambda$

Unveiling Phonon Contributions to Thermal Conductivity and the Applicability of the Wiedemann—Franz Law in Ruthenium and Tungsten Thin Films

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Thermal transport in Ru and W thin films is studied using steady‐state thermoreflectance, ultrafast pump–probe spectroscopy, infrared‐visible spectroscopy, and computations. Significant Lorenz number deviations reveal strong phonon contributions, reaching 45% in Ru and 62% in W.

Maximum principle and existence results for elliptic systems on R^N

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2010
In this work we give necessary and sufficient conditions for having a maximum principle for cooperative elliptic systems involving p-Laplacian operator on the whole $mathbb{R}^{N}$. This principle is then used to yield solvability for the cooperative

Doubly Periodic Meromorphic Solutions of Autonomous Nonlinear Differential Equations

open access: yesМоделирование и анализ информационных систем, 2014
The problem of constructing and classifying elliptic solutions of nonlinear differential equations is studied. An effective method enabling one to find an elliptic solution of an autonomous nonlinear ordinary differential equation is described.

Fermi Surface Nesting and Anomalous Hall Effect in Magnetically Frustrated Mn2PdIn

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Mn2PdIn, a frustrated inverse Heusler alloy, showing electronic‐structure driven anomalous Hall effect with Weyl crossings, Fermi‐surface nesting and near‐zero magnetization ideal for low‐magnetization spintronics. Abstract Noncollinear magnets with near‐zero net magnetization and nontrivial bulk electronic topology hold significant promise for ...

Multiplicity of Positive Solutions for Semilinear Elliptic Systems

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2013
We study the effect of the coefficient of the critical nonlinearity on the number of positive solutions for semilinear elliptic systems. Under suitable assumptions for , , and , we should prove that for sufficiently small , there are at least positive ...

Confinement Driven Spin‐Texture Evolution in Directly Written Nanomagnets

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Spin‐texture is directly written by triggering lattice ordering locally at the nanoscale. Geometric confinement drives the formation of spin‐textures such as Néel walls with perpendicular core spins, essential for technological applications. Abstract In low‐dimensional magnetic structures, magnetostatic energy minimization yields a uniform spin‐texture,
