A Massive Quiescent Galaxy in a Group Environment at z = 4.53
We report on the spectroscopic confirmation of a massive quiescent galaxy at z _spec = 4.53 in the COSMOS field. The object was first identified as a galaxy with suppressed star formation at z _phot ∼ 4.65 from the COSMOS2020 catalog.

Powerful Radio-loud Quasars Are Triggered by Galaxy Mergers in the Cosmic Bright Ages
While supermassive black holes are ubiquitous features of galactic nuclei, only a small minority are observed during episodes of luminous accretion. The physical mechanism(s) driving the onset of fueling and ignition in these active galactic nuclei (AGN)

The Ellipticity of Galaxy Clusters [PDF]
This paper deals with changes of ellipticity with radial distance from the cluster centre. The Dressier sample of galaxy cluster is analysed. It is shown that the ellipticity changes are statistically significant. In many clusters they are not caused by subclustering.
