Dual Cytoplasmic and Chloroplastic Mechanisms Fine‐Tune Chloroplast Division through ARC3 Protein Stability

ARC3 levels are controlled by cytosolic and chloroplast proteolytic systems. PUB52 mediates ARC3 precursor ubiquitination and degradation in the cytosol, while CLPC1 promotes ARC3 degradation in chloroplasts, where ARC2 protects ARC3 from excessive breakdown. Disrupting these components causes chloroplast division defects, placing them upstream of ARC3.

SERS Facemask for Rapid and Portable Sensing Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Antigens for TB Screening

Our study introduced an Au─Ag embedded covalent organic framework (U@COF) ‐mediated facemask for sensing TB antigen ESAT‐6/CFP‐10 complex in clinical droplet samples toward TB screening. Hepatoma‐Derived Growth Factor Coordinates STAT3 Pathway and Exosome‐Mediated Intrahepatic Crosstalk to Control Hepatic Steatosis and MASLD

Hepatic HDGF as a key mediator in coordinating hepatic steatosis and intrahepatic crosstalk in MASLD. Activation of HDGF facilitates its interaction with both STAT3 and S6K1, driving the S6K1‐dependent STAT3 phosphorylation and subsequently enhancing hepatic lipogenesis.

MetalCenter‐Dependent Selectivity Divergence in MN4 Single‐Atom Catalysts for Aerobic HMF Oxidation

Multimodal Imaging Reveals Rapid Catecholamine Uptake and Release by Neutrophils
