ChemMedChem, Volume 21, Issue 14, 29 July 2026.Following the discovery of oxadiazin‐5‐ones as partial inhibitors of the ATP synthase, we herein report the synthesis of a library of pyrazolidine‐3‐ones and pyrazol‐3‐ones, designed by reducing the six‐membered N–N heterocycles to five‐membered rings.

Vacuolization as a Novel Approach to Cancer Therapy
