Genome‐resolved metagenomics reveals the effect of nutrient availability on bacterial genomic properties across 44 European freshwater lakes

We sequenced water samples from 44 lakes by shotgun sequencing, followed by binning them into metagenome‐assembled genomes. The genomic information from these genomes along with nutrient measurements was used for phylogenetic and ecological analysis.
