Advanced Science, EarlyView.In this study, scRNA‐seq and chemoproteomics are integrated to characterize CDDP‐bound proteins at single‐cell resolution in tumor‐bearing mice. Additionally, the research demonstrates that ICA alleviates CDDP‐induced nephrotoxicity while enhancing its chemotherapeutic efficacy.
