Sonographic Diagnosis of an Intercostal Artery Pseudoaneurysm: A Case Report and Literature Review
Journal of Clinical Ultrasound, EarlyView.A 63‐year‐old male presented to the emergency department after being found unconscious during a welfare check. Following a prolonged three‐month hospital admission, the patient developed left flank pain. Spectral Doppler ultrasound revealed a large isoechoic lesion with layering echoes, and spectral Doppler demonstrated bidirectional flow.

JPGN Reports, EarlyView.Abstract Infantile hepatic hemangioma (IHH) can cause severe complications such as high‐output cardiac failure and growth faltering, requiring prompt diagnosis and intervention. In the absence of standardized treatment guidelines, propranolol has emerged as an effective and well‐tolerated therapy.
