Deciphering the Transcription Factor Landscape in Prostate Cancer Progression: A Novel Approach to Understand NE Transdifferentiation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The study deciphers the landscapes of lineage‐related transcription factors in prostatic adenocarcinoma and neuroendocrine prostate cancer using an innovative approach. These findings, validated across cohorts, highlight TFs' roles in cell development and offer novel therapeutic targets.

The Placenta Regulates Intrauterine Fetal Growth via Exosomal PPARγ

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The placenta expresses much higher levels of PPARγ than fetal adipose tissue. Trophoblastic exosomes transport PPARγ into fetal preadipocytes via fetoplacental circulation and thus regulate adipogenic genes distinct from endogenous PPARγ. Compromised placental PPARγ leads to fetal adipogenesis deficiency and intrauterine growth restriction, reversible ...

Adenosine Monophosphate Improves Lipolysis in Obese Mice by Reducing DNA Methylation via ADORA2A Activation by Ecto‐5′‐Nucleotidase (CD73)

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this study, the improvement effect of AMP on obesity can be attributed to the conversion of extracellular AMP to ADO through ADORA2A activation by CD73, which can promote lipolysis by reducing DNA methylation level and enhancing HSL gene transcription. These findings show the great potential of AMP in improving obesity.
