Peripheral lysosomes recruit PLEKHG3 to focal adhesions and restrain protrusion dynamics
Proximity‐dependent labeling at the LAMTOR complex revealed the Rho GEF PLEKHG3 as a lysosome‐proximal protein directing the study toward the influence of lysosome positioning on actin dynamics and cell motility. We show that PLEKHG3 colocalizes with lysosomes at focal adhesion sites and observe that forced peripheral dispersion of lysosomes hinders ...

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Embryo sac studies in three Indian species of Polypleur(Podostemaceae)
New combinations for three species of Polypleurum have been proposed. The Apinagia type of embryo sac is recorded for the first time in a species of Polypleurum, P. filifolium. The Dicraea type of embryo sac found in P. dichotomum and P.

We established the avian chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) assay as a scalable in vivo model for studying circulating tumor cells (CTCs). Human gastrointestinal tumors spontaneously released genetically validated CTCs that were detected across multiple platforms, demonstrating that the CAM model provides an accessible tool for investigating early cancer ...

Loss of AMBRA1 activates MAPK and angiogenesis signaling pathways in melanoma cells
Loss of AMBRA1 in melanoma cells activates multiple oncogenic pathways associated with tumor progression. Transcriptomic and protein network analyses revealed that AMBRA1 depletion enhances MAPK/ERK signaling, angiogenesis, TGF‐β/EMT signaling, and Wnt/axon guidance pathways.

Callose and osmiophilic material deposition into walls of developing megagametophyte in Stellaria
Extensive rough ER cisternae are developing and disappearing during each of intermitotic periods in two and four nucleate embryo sac and synergids. The synergid cisternae are transformed into vesicles.

Longitudinal paraffin section images of embryo sac.
Arrow in image D shows the abnormal egg cell in embryo sac, arrow in images B, C, and E shows the normal egg cell in embryo sac. Bar in image A is 50 µm, and images B, C, D, and E have the same magnification as image A.
