Abstract This chapter reviews the evidence for EMDR treatment efficacy. It begins with the disorders where there is substantial evidence supporting treatment efficacy. In these disorders (PTSD, depression, and phobias) there have been sufficient randomized controlled trials to conduct meta-analyses.
