This analysis assessed safety and efficacy of lisocabtagene maraleucel (liso‐cel), an autologous CD‐19‐directed CAR T‐cell product, in Japanese patients with R/R aggressive LBCL in Cohort 3 of TRANSCEND WORLD (NCT03484702). Liso‐cel demonstrated meaningful efficacy and a manageable safety profile in Japanese patients with R/R LBCL.

Risk factors for early mortality of lung cancer patients in France: A nationwide analysis

In France, almost 1 in 5 patients diagnosed with lung cancer died within 3 months following first hospitalization. Early mortality is higher for patients 70 years, for men, for those with metastatic disease at diagnosis, for patients hospitalized via the emergency room and with first hospitalization lasting >30 days.

Outcomes of simultaneous resection for elderly patients with colorectal liver metastasis: A propensity score matching analysis

482 CRLM patients treated by simultaneous resection were categorized into the young group (age 70 years) and the elderly group (age GreaterEqual;70 years). Although elderly patients receiving simultaneous resection of CRLM have worse OS, similar PFS was reached in the multivariate analysis after propensity score matching.
