Emergency Rescue Location Model with Uncertain Rescue Time [PDF]
In order to model emergency rescue location problem with uncertain rescue time, an uncertain expected cost minimization model is proposed under uncertain environment. For solving this model, we convert the uncertain model to its equivalent deterministic form. Finally, a numerical example has been presented to illustrate the model.

The number of traffic accidents has dramatically grown in the current site. Accidents that result in the loss of human life must be avoided at all costs. Traffic congestion and tidal flow are the two main causes of ambulance delays. In order to preserve human lives from accidents, we introduce the AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY RESCUE AMBULANCE SYSTEM.
