Abstract This paper investigates reforms to the Public Services Commission (PSC) in Papua New Guinea (PNG) since independence in 1975. It looks at the original role of the PSC and then the various reforms it has been subject to: in 1986, 2003, and 2013, by constitutional and legislative change, and in 2019, by court ruling.

Bricolage and its Strategic Connotations: A Study of Greek Social Entrepreneurs in Times of Crisis

Abstract This study examines how social entrepreneurs contend with severe resource constraints in times of crisis. To explain entrepreneurial responses to such limitations, researchers use the concept of bricolage, which involves creatively combining scarce resources to solve problems.

Abstract This paper explores the triggers and identity crucibles facing professional doctorate students pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA). Unlike prior research, which centres on full‐time PhD students, our study examines the identity work of DBA students, many of whom do not foresee a transition to academia.
