Anthropogenic mercury emission inventory with emission factors and total emission in Korea

Atmospheric Environment, 2010
Abstract Mercury emissions concentrations, emission factors, and the total national emission from major anthropogenic sources in Korea for the year 2007 were estimated. Uncontrolled and controlled mercury emission factors and the total emission from each source types are presented. The annual national mercury emission from major anthropogenic sources

Emission factors for asphalt‐related emissions in roofing manufacturing

Environmental Progress, 2005
AbstractThe vast majority of all residential construction in the United States is roofed with asphalt shingles, and asphalt products are also used extensively for commercial roofing. These roofing products are made in roughly 100 manufacturing facilities, by processing about six million tons of asphalt per year.

N2O Emission Factors for Italian Crops

2014
Nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions from several Italian croplands along a latitudinal gradient were analyzed and the fertilizer induced emission (FIE) factor, for each single fertilization event, was calculated. Data show that the average emission factor was between 0.7 and 0.3 %, hence much lower than the IPCC EF used for temperate croplands.

Wildland fire emissions, carbon, and climate: Emission factors

Forest Ecology and Management, 2014
Abstract While the vast majority of carbon emitted by wildland fires is released as CO2, CO, and CH4, wildland fire smoke is nonetheless a rich and complex mixture of gases and aerosols. Primary emissions include significant amounts of CH4 and aerosol (organic aerosol and black carbon), which are short-lived climate forcers.

EMISSION FACTORS MANUAL PARCOM-ATMOS. Emission factors for air pollutants 1992

1992
This manual provides emission factors for emissions to air for nineheavy metals, nine organic substances and ammonia. The emission factors arepresented separately for each industrial and non-industrial activity. An overviewindicates for each of the nineteen substances the activities for which emissionfactors are available. If possible, emission factors

Emission factors for human activity

Energy Policy, 2002
In preparing and justifying transportation policies, it is not uncommon to make use of emission factors. However, such factors are not used for cycling and walking because it is assumed that such activities have zero-valued emissions. This work suggests that this is an invalid approach and estimates UK-based carbon dioxide emission factors for such ...

Factors controlling Jovian decametric emission

Planetary and Space Science, 1966
Abstract Only those Jovian decametric storms whose maximum radio-frequency reaches or exceeds 30 Mc/s exhibit the strong well-known pattern of peak occurrence at Io phases 90° and 230°. The majority of storms, those which fail to reach 30 Mc/s, exhibit a weaker and more complex pattern.
