Memristive‐Gated RC‐Delay Synaptic Transistors for Time‐Encoded Analog in‐Memory Computing
A Memristive‐Gated Transistor for Time‐Encoded Analog In‐Memory Computing — By exploiting the RC delay of a self‐rectifying interface‐type memristor, nonlinear I–V distortion is structurally bypassed, enabling 3‐bit nonvolatile memory, spike‐timing‐based analog encoding, and hardware‐calibrated reservoir‐computing validation within a unified device ...

Industry-level emission trading between power producers in the EU [PDF]
In this paper we investigate how restrictions for emission trading to the energy-intensive power sector will affect the magnitude and distribution of abatement costs across EU countries vis-?-vis a comprehensive EU emission trading regime.

In this work, we use direct ink writing (DIW) to 3D print Bi2Te3‐based materials and naturally induce hierarchical functional nanostructures, which reduced the lattice thermal conductivity by half, resulting in high zT of 0.87and 0.89 in p‐type and n‐type compounds, respectively, competitive with commercial materials.

Assessing Emission Allocation in Europe: An Interactive Simulation Approach [PDF]
Implementation of an EU-wide emissions trading system by means of National Allocation Plans is at the core of European environmental policy agenda. Member States are faced with the problem of allocating their national emission budgets under the EU Burden

We demonstrate the direct integration of CsPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystals (PNCs) into optoelectronic devices without post‐synthetic ligand exchange. This is achieved by synthesizing PNCs stabilized by strong‐binding‐energy oleylammonium–bromide pairs instead of oleate ligands. The resultant low ligand density and minimized surface defects enhance charge

Long-Run Implications of Alternative Emission Trading Plans: An Experiment with Robot Traders [PDF]
Two approaches to emmisions trading are cap-and-trade, in which an aggragate cap on emmisions is distributed in the form of permits, and baseline-and-credit, in which firms earn credits for emissions below their baselines.

Optimal Scheduling of Integrated Energy System Considering The Ladder-Type Carbon Trading Mechanism
Under the "dual-carbon" goal, the energy industry is facing many challenges such as the level of technological development, the tight timeframe for carbon reduction, structural transformation and environmental governance, so integrated energy system (IES)

The Ten-Year Rule: Allocation of Emission Allowances in the EU Emission Trading System [PDF]
In its guidance on National Allocation Plans (NAPs), the European Commission has discouraged Member States from adopting allocation methodologies that would provide incentives to firms affecting their compliance behavior.

Tailoring Light Management in All‐Perovskite Tandem Solar Cells: The Impact of Nanotextures
To further improve the power conversion efficiency of all‐perovskite tandem solar cells, light management strategies need to be implemented. Front‐sided nanotextures reduce reflection losses, which boosts light absorption, thus increasing the tandem JSC, which is further supported by reducing parasitic absorption.
