Management of Zakah Distribution: Empirical Evidence From Indonesia
Despite the importance of zakah distribution, few studies attempt to evaluate practices in managing the distribution. The paper, thus, aims to explore approaches and evaluate practices in managing the zakah distribution.

Evaluation of Gas Phase Dispersion in Flotation under Predetermined Hydrodynamic Conditions
Results of various investigations shows the relationship between the flotation parameters and gas distribution in a flotation cell. The size of gas bubbles is a random variable with a specific distribution.

Demixing empirical distribution functions
We consider the two-sample homogeneity problem where the information contained in two samples is used to test the equality of the underlying distributions. For instance, in cases where one sample stems from a simulation procedure modelling the data generating process of the other sample consisting of observed data, a mere rejection of the null ...

Time after time – circadian clocks through the lens of oscillator theory
Oscillator theory bridges physics and circadian biology. Damped oscillators require external drivers, while limit cycles emerge from delayed feedback and nonlinearities. Coupling enables tissue‐level coherence, and entrainment aligns internal clocks with environmental cues.

A Cross-Sectional Analysis of Growth and Profit Rate Distribution: The Spanish Case
We analyse the time evolution of the empirical cross-sectional distribution of firms’ profit and growth rates. In particular, we analyse the conditional properties of the empirical distributions depending on the size of the firms and the business cycle ...

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.
