Empididae (Diptera) of Finland: The Empis subgenera Empis and Coptophlebia
1991Nine species of Empis (Empis) and one of E. (Coptophlebia) have been found to occur in Finland. Of these only three (E . (E.) pennipes, E. (E.) nigripes and E. (E.) bicuspidata) are very common.
